Member Requested Tutorial, ” How To Fold A Reflector”

Today’s post will be super short. For some reason, I have had many requests from members asking how to fold a reflector. I remember the first day I tried to collapse a new pop up reflector and it was a huge pain in the neck. I was worried I would damage something if I did it wrong so it stayed open for weeks. This gear isn’t cheap in some cases, so I always err on the side of caution.
Instead of you watching me fold up a reflector, I found a video that was done by FJ Westcott (one of my favorite lighting modifier companies by the way). So just sit back and let my old buddy John show you two different methods of folding a reflector. The first is the twist method, and the second is the taco method.
I hope you all have a great day. Sincerely, Thomas Shue

Nothing dumb about that question! Took me forever to do that and then only because my husband worked it out and showed me how…
Lol. Thank you, Tom! And glad to hear, Kaylene. Happy I’m not alone on this. Everyone makes it looks so easy and does it so quick. This video should help.
