Working with Clipping Masks Inside Photoshop

Hi. Welcome to my blog. Today I present a Photoshop tutorial working with clipping masks. We will start off in Lightroom then send the file to Photoshop. In the video I forgot to tell you at the very end of the video to press Save, as in Edit>Save or CRTL(on windows)CMD(on Mac)+S to send the smaller and re sized image back into Lightroom as a copy leaving the original file in tact.
So, what is a clipping mask? It is a mask first and foremost, that will hide or reveal the background. However, it has a special use, that allows you to clip an object or text directly to the mask, and in doing so, it will push the object through the mask. It is a great tool for creating neat graphics from images, or adding textures onto shapes such as logos. I used it all the time to make web graphics when building websites inside Photoshop. Y es you can build a website inside Photoshop, but there are much better ways to do it now.
So please check out my video. I want to thank you for taking time to visit my blog. I hope you have a great day. Thomas Shue
