What The Heck Is A Reciprocal ?

I had a reader, Eleanor, post a comment on my blog about a post called “Learn Your Craft”.  In that post I make reference to reciprocals.  This is what she said, “Hi, I read with great interest your post on Learning Your Craft. Something I am sort of desperate to do. I have knowledge of a lot of the basics, but there is so much more I need to learn to be consistent and create “the vision”. ” & “I looked through your blog but did not see the answer to “what the heck is a reciprocal”?”

Thanks Eleanor for the great question.  I hope my AudioBoo explanation helps you understand what a reciprocal is with respect to photography. If not, I will get more in depth and create a full post on the topic. It was a great question - thanks.
